Kylie has been working hard to free up movement in my shoulders. While working on me Kylie talked me through the treatment with her expert knowledge. thoroughly recommended 10/10 I will definitely become a regular.

She is the first sports masseurs I’ve seen and she has done an absolutely amazing job. In six sessions she has worked wonders - explaining the process to me all the way through the treatment. After months from suffering a tight hamstring in right leg which restricted me from running and playing football. I was advised to go and see a specialised sports/massage therapist. I booked myself in with A Grain of Sand in Amesbury. The booking was really simple and very easy to find. 

On arrival I greeted by Kylie who put me at ease straight away and asked me a few questions about my injury. Straight away she had an understanding of the injury and got to work. After receiving treatment the after care was second to none. The next day I was a little sore as expected but by the third and fourth day I was walking with ease. Following their advice I started adding in depth warm up sessions prior any physical activity. Within a week I was able to run short distances and play football again.
